By accessing and using EstiNest (“the Service”), operated at estinest.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EstiNest provides online financial calculators, estimation tools, and AI-powered financial analysis for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

EstiNest provides estimates for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, or medical advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before making important decisions. Results are based on the inputs you provide and standard formulas; actual results may vary.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google credentials.

4.2 Account Data

By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your email address, display name, and profile picture as described in our Privacy Policy. Your email is used for account identification, billing, and support communications.

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support@estinest.com. Upon deletion, your account enters a 90-day soft-delete period, after which all personal data is permanently removed.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

All calculators are available for free with limited features (3 AI explanations/month, 3 saved scenarios). No account or payment is required for the free tier.

5.2 Paid Plans

Pro AI Analyst ($8.99/month or $89/year) and Mastery Suite ($13.99/month or $139/year) subscriptions provide additional features. Prices are in USD.

5.3 Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal or by contacting support.

5.4 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact support@estinest.com for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit opt-in consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any marketing email or through your account settings. Transactional emails (receipts, account changes, security alerts) are sent without opt-in as they are necessary for service delivery.

All content, design, code, and calculators on EstiNest are owned by EstiNest. Calculator formulas are based on standard financial models and are provided as open-source educational tools. The specific implementation, UI, and AI analysis system are proprietary.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTINEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
